Training Program

Each Training Period last for 26 weeks which is consist of two parts.

First : Theory training last for 10 weeks.

Second : Simulation System Operation training last for 16 weeks


To maximize the training efficiency, the trainees：

  • All the trainees recommend with bachelor’s degree (or higher) of thermodynamic speciality or electric power speciality, and have some power plant operation experience.
  • The trainees of each speciality should be familiar with the systems of his speciality, be able to draw the system diagrams and indicate the important devices of this system.
  • The trainees of each speciality should be familiar with the actual positon of the important devices in the power plant.
  • The trainees of each speciality should be familiar with the English abbreviations on the DCS interface.
  • The trainees of each speciality should be familiar with the volume or the containers and their level range.
  • The trainees of each speciality should be familiar with the motors rated current (LV-MV operation range).
  • All the trainees should be with the ability of English listening, reading, speaking and writing, so they can communicate with the trainers fluently.
